To request records

Send an email to records@myc3churchpmq.net. Email must:

• Be from an email address on file as a student's parent/guardian
• Include child's full name
• If not a current student, last school year of attendance
• Specify which records are being requested
• Mailing address, fax number or email address that records are to be sent to

To request high school transcripts

For requests of official transcripts to another high school due to transfer:

• Email your request to records@myc3churchpmq.net
• Include an email address, mailing address, and/or fax number for the transcript to be sent to

For requests for official transcripts to be emailed directly to a institution or organization:

• Email your request to records@myc3churchpmq.net
• Include the email that the transcripts are to be sent to. Email address must be of the institution or organization's domain.
• Official transcripts will NOT be emailed to personal email addresses (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), a student, or a parent/guardian.

For requests for official transcripts to be uploaded to an institution or organization's website:

• ​Email your request to records@myc3churchpmq.net
• Include the necessary instructions for transcript uploading.

For unofficial self-views or requests in which official transcripts must be faxed or mailed for reasons other than transferring to another high school or for copies of official transcripts to be sent to a student or parent/guardian:
